Our model is to work with owners and/or board members to help develop a retirement plan that will incorporate best practice, attainable goals, definable deferral opportunities, participant education, and overall fiduciary responsibility as required by the Department of Labor.

Efficiently servicing corporate retirement plans is a primary motivator and a core growth division at Secure Planning Group. Our advisors with AIF®, CRPS®, CFP®, and ChFC® accreditations have specifically trained to help implement strategies designed to maximize a plan’s potential. Through a collaborative evaluation process between owners, advisors, and/or board members, our goal is to unlock a retirement plan’s potential and make sure the plan is a true asset for the company.

1. Current plan evaluation or goal creation for new plans
2. Defining collaborative corporate responsibilities between ownership and advisors
3. Defining ongoing fiduciary model (3(21), third party 3(16) or 3(38))
4. Quarterly fund reviews performed at SPG and added to corporate "vault" by SPG staff
5. Quarterly, semi-annual, or annual participant education meetings - we find a combination of group meetings and "one-on-ones" are often requested
6. Annual plan reviews with owner or board to evaluate overall plan performance
7. 3 year Request for Proposal (RFP) sent out to new vendors and incumbent to evaluate peer processes and current plan market strength
