JENNIFER FUREY brings more than 20 years of financial services experience to her role. Known for her negotiation skills and positive leadership style, she empowers her team to achieve excellence through her optimistic approach and unwavering drive.
Jennifer builds strong relationships with staff and clients, ensuring satisfaction and collaboration. She oversees senior managers and works closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, optimize budgets, and meet goals while maintaining organizational compliance.
Her responsibilities include recruitment, training, and talent retention, along with streamlining operations to maximize productivity.
Jennifer is an effective human resources, finance, and IT leader and her dedication has been instrumental in SPG’s growth. Before joining SPG, she built a successful career in the automotive industry. She is also a notary public.
Outside of work, Jennifer—“Jenny” to family and friends—values time with her two children, Olivia and Dylan. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, music, cooking, and playing golf.
