Jennifer is the Director of Operations with over twenty years of experience in the financial world. Before partnering and assisting in the development of Secure Planning Group, Jennifer worked for many years in the automotive industry. With her outstanding negotiation skills and persuasiveness, Jennifer is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to empower, inspire and encourage others to work hard & succeed. Driven by the passion she has to succeed; she takes pride in developing and maintaining relationships with staff & clients to provide the best client and work experience.
Jennifer supervises and supports many high-level managers and works closely with department heads while liaising with the CEO and CFO to identify ways to increase sales, set budget reviews to maintain & maximize profits, and all financial goals seeking to ensure company-wide operational compliance. Jennifer oversees hiring, training, & retaining all employees while overseeing effective operating procedures across SPG’s productivity. With her sharp business mind and proven success attitude managing multiple departments to maximize productivity. She is highly skilled in human resources, finance, and IT management.
In addition to her primary job functions, Jennifer has been recognized by peers in the industry for her extraordinary commitment to SPG and can also be credited with contributions to assisting in the business’s success today.
Jennifer is fondly known to her friends and family as “Jenny”. She is truly inspired by her family. She also relishes the time she gets to spend with her two kids Dylan and Olivia doing DIY projects or just hanging around her home with them in Montgomery County. When not working, Jenny also enjoys traveling, shopping, music, going to concerts, she is also quite the foodie and avid shoe collector.
Jennifer is certified and a member of The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Notary Public.
